East River Fishing Report as of June 26th, 2016:
The East River has cleared and is starting to fish very well. Fish are hungry after run off and we are seeing caddis, mayfly and stonefly hatches. Nymph rigs and dry droppers are very productive and the fishing will continue to get better as we get into July. The Green Drake hatch is starting to happen as well.
Suggested Fly Patterns:
Two bit hookers in light olive size 16; King Prince size 12-18; Pat's rubber legs tan/brown in 6-10; San juan worms in 14-16; WD-40s in sizes 20-22, Caddis larva in sizes 16-18, Olive two bit hookers in sizes 14-16, Syl's midge in sizes 20-22, Dark RS2's in sizes 18-20.
